This new version of our website will allow you to get registerd and store your appeals.
You can
- Register with us and use this application to store your appeals online.
- Save and revisit your appeals from any internet enabled computer.
- Complete and submit your applications electronically or through regular mail.

e-Filing or Electronic Submission of your appeals
COB has devised a way where you can submit your application electronically for faster processing.
Here is how it works. You visit COB office and provide some basic information like your name, address, contact number,
email address and some form of ID. A user profile is created for you at that time and
you are issued a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once your profile is created,
you can sign in using your login ID and password to access the website.
This website allows you to store multiple appeals under your profile.
You can revisit and make changes to your appeal from any computer that has internet access.
When you complete any application, use your PIN to electronically sign and submit your appeal.
That is it. Your application is received by COB and scheduled for processing almost immediately.

Regular Filing
The system functionality remains the same for this type of filing except that you cannot
submit your application electronically. You create your own profile and use the system to store
multiple appeals. You can access the system from any internet enabled computer.
When you complete any of your applications, you can take a final print
of your application, sign it and send it to COB.
